The lunch and dinner menus felt limited and overpriced!!! More shelf space in the bathroom would have made our stay much more convenient!!!

The room was surprisingly lovely—a cozy, clean space that felt really welcoming. Despite being in a quiet village, we enjoyed the peaceful ambiance and minimal noise at night. It offered a nice view, too, which was a bonus. Just wish there was a bit more shelf space in the bathroom. a comfortable stay!

Perfect pit stop for travelers!

We spent a night here and it was super chill. The room was fab—lovely decor and a super comfy king bed. The local pub vibe was great, and the dinner was delish! Only thing was, we couldn't do breakfast since we had to leave early. Would’ve loved to try the packed brekkie!

perfect breakfast

our stay at cross keys was fantastic! breakfast was perfect with lots of choices for everyone. the staff were friendly and made us feel right at home, managing our drinks bill effortlessly! the family room was quiet at night, despite being near a main road, which was a nice surprise.

we had an amazin stay at cross keys inn! the staff were super friendly n really made us feel welcome. our room was comfy n clean, and the bed was just perfect for a good night's sleep. we loved sittin by the fire with a drink and the food was really nice too, not too much on the menu but what they had was great quality. it's such a chill place in the scottish borders and felt just right for our little getaway.

I loved how this spot nestled in the beautiful Scottish Borders made a fantastic base for exploring nearby attractions, with Bowhill House & Country Estate just about 5 km away and Aikwood Tower only a short walk at almost 2 km. The staff were super friendly and accommodating during my stay, making the experience even better.
